Secretary for Religious Education (RE) and Parish is responsible for supporting the Religious Education Director for all administrative tasks pertaining to that ministry as well as supporting the Parish administrative function.

The Religious Education Office seeks a welcoming, organized, and faith-filled Religious Education Secretary to provide part-time administrative support to the Director of Religious Education (DRE). This individual serves as a primary point of contact for families, catechists, volunteers, and parishioners while supporting the parish mission of faith formation and sacramental preparation. The Secretary is responsible for managing records, registration, attendance, and communication with parents. This part-time position requires some evening and occasional weekend hours.

Reporting directly to the Pastor, this position assists in the effective governance and daily operations of the parish through high- level administrative support, office management, and implementation of parish policies and procedures.
