To ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient maintenance and operation of the St. Jude Catholic Church and School 
Campus by overseeing the cleanliness, repair, and overall upkeep of all facilities and grounds. This includes 
supervising and supporting maintenance staff in daily tasks, major event setups, snow removal, seasonal 
projects, lawn care, and weekend event coverage, while also performing routine to mid level maintenance work. 
Responsibilities encompass the preventative, routine, and emergency maintenance of parish buildings and 
property, including key systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security, fire safety, energy management, and 
overall grounds maintenance.

To aid the pastor in managing the financial business of St. Carlo Acutis Parish.
