The Art & Environment Coordinator supports the aesthetic vision of the Catholic Church, which holds that “genuine sacred art draws man to adoration, to prayer, and to the love of God, Creator and Savior, the Holy One and Sanctifier” (CCC 2502). Working closely with the Pastor and Liturgy Coordinator, the Art & Environment Coordinator is responsible for tending to the decorative and environmental needs of the parish in order to enhance the Sunday experience and other special liturgies. This position especially involves tending to liturgical changes during Advent, Christmas, Lent, Easter, as well as Ordinary Time. The Coordinator should also build and maintain relationships with volunteers and assist the Christian Worship Commission when needed.

The Director of Finance & Administration is responsible for the oversight of parish finances and business operations, including a small team of facilities and office support staff management. We need a Director of Finance & Administration who is committed and passionate about the long-term financial health and administration of the parish especially during this time of growth. 

Minister to teens in Grades 8-12 through opportunities for faith enrichment at Immaculate Conception. Accompany all teens at Immaculate Conception into a personal relationship with Jesus that deepens their Catholic Faith and forms them as disciples.

Oversee Immaculate Conception’s OCIA program in accordance with the norms and teachings of the Catholic Church. Ensure that individuals discerning full communion with the Church receive thorough catechetical instruction, meaningful liturgical preparation, and pastoral support. Collaborate with clergy, parish staff, catechists, and volunteers to accompany participants toward active engagement in the sacramental and communal life of the parish.

Assists the Director of Faith Formation by assisting with the daily operations of the faith formation programs of the Parish that support a lifelong deepening of the Catholic faith for all parishioners consistent with the catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC), National Directory for Catechesis (NOC), Diocese of Joliet guidelines and Parish needs.

The Campus Engineer is responsible for the upkeep of the buildings and grounds of all parish and school property, including performing building maintenance and repairs, room set-ups, and overseeing of outside contractors responsible for equipment repairs, snow removal and landscaping.

Director of overall Faith Formation responsibilities for youth in grades 9th through 12th as well as Young Adult Ministry. Christ the Servant Catholic Parish is seeking a mission-driven Director of Religious Formation to lead a small (less than 150) but growing K-8 formation program. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling, evenings and occasional weekends are required.

Christ the Servant is seeking to hire a Part-time Administrative Assistant to provide a variety of general administrative duties for the parish, including staffing the parish office Monday through Friday, 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The central purpose of the Adult Faith Formation Director position is to create and lead programs that will assist adults at St. Anne Catholic Church in understanding their Catholic faith and acting upon their faith in their lives.
