Born in Cincinnati, Ohio, December 4, 1948. Ordained a priest January 15, 1977. Named fourth Bishop of the Diocese of Steubenville, Ohio; consecrated August 6, 2002. Appointed fifth Bishop of Joliet, Illinois; installed July 14, 2011. Resigned May 4, 2020.

Born in Memphis, Tennessee, June 6, 1952. Ordained a priest July 15, 1978. Named the sixth Bishop of Little Rock, Arkansas; consecrated March 6, 2000. Appointed fourth Bishop of Joliet, Illinois; installed June 27, 2006. Appointed Archbishop of Seattle, Washington; installed on December 1, 2010. Resigned September 3, 2019.

Born in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, June 21, 1931. Ordained a priest December 16, 1956. Named Auxiliary Bishop of Detroit and Titular Bishop of Pomaria; consecrated April 3, 1973. Appointed third Bishop of Joliet, Illinois; installed on August 28, 1979. Resigned May 16, 2006. Died December 22, 2015.

Born in St. George in Kankakee County, Illinois, January 6, 1913. Ordained a priest April 3, 1937. Named Auxiliary Bishop of Joliet, Illinois, and Titular Bishop of Maxita; consecrated April 3, 1965. Appointed second Bishop of Joliet, Illinois; installed August 31, 1966. Resigned January 30, 1979. Died January 10, 1982.
