The Director of Special Events is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Joliet
Catholic Academy’s fundraising and community engagement events. This position plays a key role in
advancing the mission of JCA through events that strengthen relationships with alumni, parents, donors,
and the local community. The Director will oversee all aspects of event strategy, logistics, volunteer coordination, and evaluation, ensuring each event supports the goals of Institutional Advancement while reflecting the values and spirit of Joliet Catholic Academy.

The Coordinator of Marriage Preparation Ministry serves a ministerial role as a Diocesan resource on the mission and vocation of marriage and family life and related topics, such as marriage preparation and chastity education.

The Catholic Churches of St. Columba and St. Patrick, office located at 122 W. Washington St., Ottawa, IL 61350, are seeking a dynamic Catholic and faith-filled director of music and worship to assist with playing, planning, directing and building up the music programs in our parish. This person should have skills with a wide variety of musical instruments, preferably the organ, keyboard, or other musical skills.

The Parish Financial Liaison functions as a Diocesan liaison to the parishes, schools and other institutions for financial reporting, risk management and technology.  In addition, this position is responsible for the examination/audit of financial records resulting in a written audit report identifying compliance and deficiencies with Diocesan Financial Policies.

Part-time Bulletin Editor for St. Michael Catholic Church in Orland Park, Illinois will be responsible for writing, editing and designing weekly print bulletin with input from multiple sources, coordinating regularly with bulletin printer/publisher regarding all bulletin related issues.
